As the founder and CEO of Psylinks Security, Bibek Jyoti Roy saw firsthand the growing gap between the skills the tech industry desperately needs and what traditional education provides. He observed that many Indian computer institutes were teaching outdated, profit-focused courses that stifled creativity and failed to prepare students for real-world innovation.
This realization sparked a mission. Bibek founded Codesity as a not-for-profit movement to fundamentally change the system and unlock India's immense talent.
